Last updated: July 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the T&D Tree Service website (https://tanddtree.com) and the tree-care services provided by T & D Tree LLC (“T&D Tree Service,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

T&D Tree Service provides tree pruning, tree removal, emergency tree service, stump grinding, lot clearing, and mulch and firewood supply throughout Essex and Morris County, New Jersey. All work is performed by our crews and, where applicable, ISA Certified Arborists. Scope, pricing, and scheduling for any job are defined in the written estimate we provide.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change if site conditions, tree size, access, or scope differ materially from what was assessed at the time of the estimate. We will communicate any change before proceeding.

3. Scheduling, Access & Permits

You agree to provide safe, clear access to the work area and to identify any underground utilities, irrigation, or hazards known to you. Where a municipal tree permit is required, we can assist with the process, but the property owner is ultimately responsible for authorizing removals.

4. Property & Liability

T&D Tree Service is fully insured and carries general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. We take extensive care to protect turf, structures, and surrounding plantings. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or damage arising from concealed hazards not disclosed to us.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed in writing. Balances not paid when due may be subject to reasonable late charges permitted by New Jersey law.

6. Website Use

7. Limitation of Liability
